    William G. McLean, an Upshur county resident who has been without electricity, water and heat since Monday, Oct. 29, receives a welcomed warm meal served by Specialist Matthew Knight and Sergeant John D. Robinson, both of the 601st Engineering Company. West Virginia National Guard members assisted residents of Upshur County, WV by transporting prepared foods from local church kitchens staffed by volunteers from North Carolina and Virginia and then serving the meals to local residents.
