David Singleton, a native of Charlotte, N.C., and the non-commissioned officer in charge of the Humvee Egress Assistance Trainer course, instructs an El Salvador army soldier, Feb. 13, at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, on the proper way to use the three-point-seatbelt feature of the up-armored Humvee. The El Salvador soldiers went through the HEAT course as part of their training in preparation for their seven-month deployment rotation to Iraq.
