U.S. Marines, with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 268, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, conduct a preflight check on an MV-22B Osprey during Balikatan 23 the Subic Bay International Airport, Philippines, April 16, 2023. Balikatan 23 is the 38th iteration of the annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military.
