A P-23 fire truck rolls into the mouth of a C-5M Super Galaxy to be loaded in April 5 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The 39-foot-long, 12-foot-tall, 10-foot-wide truck fit easily in the belly of the Air Force’s largest aircraft. The 436th Airlift Wing aircraft flew down for some heavy cargo training for Air Force and Army aerial porters and loadmasters. More than 150,000 pounds of equipment was loaded, secured and offloaded in only a few hours. (U.S. Air Force photo/Samuel King Jr.)
