This bilateral exchange of training and capabilities featured military working dogs and handlers from the 36th Security Squadron and the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ 773rd K-9 Squadron. Balikatan 23 is the 38th iteration of the annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military.
