A NIWC Atlantic project team joins partners in a groundbreaking ceremony Nov. 14 to begin construction of a new communications center at NSA Souda Bay, Greece. The team, part of NIWC Atlantic’s JC&OC team within the Command and Operations Centers division, is conducting the design and installation effort for all C4I systems for the state-of-the-art facility. Construction of the center is anticipated to be complete by Sep. 23, 2024.
