    U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Matthew Coltrin, 7th Bomb Wing command chief, received a folded U.S. flag at his retirement ceremony at the fuel cell hangar on Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, April 21, 2023. Coltrin retired from the Air Force after 21 years of service. He served as a military training instructor, first sergeant and command chief. Coltrin was frocked on July 1, 2018, as Air Education and Training Command’s first-ever enlisted frocking, demonstrating the importance of integrating with the joint force.
