The launching of USAID ERLP’s green energy finance initiative in December 2022 and its partnership with Tadhamon Microfinance Bank is providing access to funds needed to support installation of a solar-powered irrigation system, as well as training and technical assistance on how to operate the system, what crops to grow for increased profitability, and water management.
