Coast Guard personnel, all connected by having prior or upcoming assignments aboard either the old or new USCGC Mackinaw (WAGB 83 and WLBB 30), pose for a group photo aboard the USCGC Eagle (WIX 327), April 20, 2023, while underway in the Atlantic Ocean. Eagle conducted a four-month summer deployment, sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, to teach practical seamanship skills to the future leaders of the U.S. Coast Guard, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Corps, foreign military personnel as well as to exchange best practices with Tall Ships America.
