230419-N-JC343-004 (Apr 19, 2023) NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY - Members of Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Navy Security Force members participate in Emergency Vehicle Operators Course (EVOC). The course is designed to teach Navy Security Force Members how to safely operate emergency vehicles in response to a variety of situations. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
