Staff Sgt. Pedro Suazolaboy, spur holder with Troop C, 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, yells at spur candidates to stay motivated during the obstacle course portion of the squadron's annual spur ride, Nov. 2, 2012.
