U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Lt. William Brown, a platoon commander, with Task Force 61/2.4 demonstrates Marine Corps equipment to high schoolers in Estonia on April 27, 2023. Brown says “MRC’s mission in Estonia goes beyond operations and MDA, we’re here to reassure the Estonian people of NATOs support and investment in their national security. Today, talking to the Estonian community was a healthy reminder of that fact for us.” Task Force 61/2.4 provides naval and joint force commanders with dedicated multi-domain reconnaissance and counter reconnaissance (RXR) capabilities.
