Retired Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Tom Sullivan, a crew member aboard USCGC Eagle (WIX 327), conducts conceptual seamanship training to Eagle’s permanent crew and members of sailing organization Tall Ships America aboard the cutter, April 26, 2023, while underway in the Atlantic Ocean.
