NOUMEA, NEW CALEDONIA (Apr. 25, 2023) Sailors assigned to Independence-class littoral combat ship USS Oakland (LCS 24) and British Sailors assigned to River-class off-shore patrol vessel HMS Spey pose for a photo together on the forecastle aboard Spey at Noumea, New Caledonia, Apr. 23, 2023.
