U.S. Marines assigned to 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, conduct an intentional military freefall water landing off the coast of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, April 19, 2023. The jumpers were then recovered by the Maritime Reconnaissance Platoon that operates rigid inflatable boats.
