U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Bono from the Joint Communications Support Element out of Tampa, Fl. deploys a combat communications kit to the exercise's forward operating base to expand capabilities, May 2, 2023 at Robins Air Force Base, Ga. . The Roundup Exercise brings together 250 exercise participants from 32 different units, 7 MAJCOMs, sister service, joint units and foreign partners. All units will train, demonstrate capabilities and prove TTPs that enable every AFFORGEN cycle.As the exercise rolls on interoperability and shared lessons learned is the common theme participants say they have gained from the event.
