ARLINGTON, Va. – Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Employee of the year Mike Benner, front middle, and Jeffrey Flora, one of the longest serving members of the agency, left, are pictured during a May 1 wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery in honor of the agency’s 50th anniversary of support to national security.
Standing behind Benner, Flora and an Army sentinel are DCSA Director William Lietzau and DCSA Chief of Staff Ellen Ardrey.
The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier serves as a symbolic grave for all war dead whose remains have not been found or identified.
