This week, the Naval Information Forces Sailors of the Year from across the Domain gathered in Suffolk, VA for three days of learning, networking, and professional development, as well as exploring Navy heritage sites in Hampton Roads. The week culminated with the selection of the top Sailor from both Sea and Shore commands.
