Rear Adm. Randall Hendrickson, program executive for Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense, places an Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense coin in the foundation of the Aegis Ashore Missile Defense Test Center during it's commemoration. Consistent with Navy tradition, the coin was placed at the symbolic keel of the facility to bring good fortune during its construction and to the crew who will operate the system.
