Mr. Sobheb is a maintenance technician with the Iraqi Truck Company. It is his job to assist the drivers and truckmaster in maintaining a number of different types of vehicles, ranging from Mercedes, to Scania, to Man. As a result of their new maintenance initiatives operational readiness has increased from 60 percent to 98 percent.
