The 110th Wing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) council hosts Maj. Gen. Amy S. Courter, former National Commander and CEO of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP), Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Battle Creek, Michigan. As CAP Commander, Courter served as the highest-ranking CAP Officer, and was the first and only female to have attained that distinction in now 75+ years of history. 110th Wing airmen filled the auditorium to listen to Maj.
