Stamatopoulos (center), Naval Supply Systems Command commander, presided over a change of command ceremony for Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (NAVSUP FLCSI) during which Capt. Shannon W. Walker (right) relieved Capt. Douglas S. MacKenzie (left) as commanding officer at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy.
