Oklahoma Army National Guardsman, Chief Warrant Officer 2 Brandon McMillian, commander, 145th Army Band, 90th Troop Command, conducts during a band clinic for Cimarron Middle School students at 90th Troop Command in Oklahoma City, May 15, 2023. The clinic is part of education outreach program to work more with the community as a source of information and knowledge. The clinics help develop students to get outside feedback to verify skillsets, as well as gives band directors different perspectives on how to address different students and allows them to work on their teaching and directing skills.
