U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Colton Allen, a reconnaissance Marine, with Task Force 61/2.4 (Mobile Reconnaissance Company) is awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal by Col. Ryan Hoyle, the commanding officer of Task Force 61/2, in Tallinn, Estonia on May 15, 2023.
