U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 224th Joint Communications Support Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, set up a long-range communication satellite May 9, 2023 at North Auxiliary Field- Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, that provides communication capabilities such as radio, phone and internet between members at austere locations and command and control. During exercise AGILE X, Airmen and Marines will collaborate on agile combat employment tactics and multi-capable skills to create precision and cohesion between the military branches in preparation for AIR DEFENDER 2023 (AD 23).
