Paul Parsoneault as the commanding officer of the Fleet Logistics Support Squadron Five Five (VR-55) during a change of command ceremony held at the Seabee Museum onboard Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, May 11, 2023. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
