Members of the Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps from Washington, D.C., marched through the French Quarter in the Louisiana Bicentennial Military Parade, Nov. 10. The parade honored Louisiana men and women from all branches of the military and included a mass enlistment ceremony of 180 new recruits into the U.S. armed forces.
