A humvee belonging to the Army Reserve's 431st Quartermaster Team tows a modified 99th Regional Support Command water pump on Joint Base
McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Nov. 5. The 99th RSC is providing assistance to
the Army Reserve's 401st, 410th and 431st Quartermaster Teams as they
prepare for their water-pumping mission as the first-ever Army Reserve
soldiers activated for a domestic natural disaster under the National
Defense Authorization Act of 2012.
