U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Peter Dwinell, 86th Logistic Readiness Squadron parachute rigger apprentice, and Master Sgt. Cesar Velasco, 37th Airlift Squadron C-130J Super Hercules aircraft loadmaster, load a training pallet onto a C-130J on the flightline at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, May 12, 2023. Airmen assigned to the 86th LRS accomplish all aircraft and equipment maintenance aspects to fulfill the wing's airlift, contingency, and support missions.
