    26th Marine Expeditionary Unit     

    A U.S. Navy corpsman with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit provides medical aid to a simulated casualty while conducting a Tactical Recovery of Aircraft Personnel (TRAP) as part of Composite Training Unit Exercise (C2X) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, May 21, 2023. TRAP is a contingency mission utilized to rapidly respond to downed aircraft, and to recover personnel from isolated locations during deployment.
