Tom Williams, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) Two, embarks the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24) to present the 2022 Battle Efficiency (“E”) award to the ship’s crew, May 23, 2023.
