U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Peter Carr, vice commander of the 104th Fighter Wing, gives keynote remarks during the 2023 Westfield Technical Academy’s Aviation Maintenance Technology program’s graduation ceremony at Barnes Municipal Airport, Westfield, Massachusetts, May 25, 2023. This is the fifth class of students that the program has graduated, and alumni occupations include commercial pilots, aircraft mechanics, Airmen of the 104FW, and college students. Dominick Lincoln, a 2023 graduate of the program, performed the oath of enlistment during the ceremony, and upon graduation of basic military training and technical school, will join the 104FW as an F-15 Eagle crew chief.
