Brett Stevenson, commanding officer of PMRF, during a frocking ceremony in the hangar bay. During the ceremony, Gaviola was promoted to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. PMRF is the world’s largest instrumented multi-domain range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air and space operations simultaneously.
