Trainees who are in the first day of basic training with Fort Sill’s 1-31st FA Battalion learn the importance of teamwork through a series of teambuilding events such as moving equipment across the track on Hellcat Field. The trainees are learning you can be the best at everything as an individual but if you’re missing 40 people behind you, you’re not really a team player. Your job is to bring everybody with you.
