A woman takes a picture of a new mural painted by artist Gabriel S. Gaytan under Interstate 10. The mural was presented during the Dia de los muertos or Day of the Dead, celebration at Lincoln Park Nov. 4, 2012. The outdoor event helped the El Paso community celebrate and honor the memory of departed family members. The outdoor event included music, food, artist booths, and decorated altars that were set up to remember their loved ones with lights, traditional skulls, food offerings and framed photographs.
