Soldiers and Leaders assigned to Charlie Company, 64th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division spent their morning PRT session completing the the Murph competition on May 30, 2023 at Fort Carson, Colorado.
The Murph competition is named after Navy Seal Lt. Michael P. Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. Lt. Murphy left behind the legacy of his
legendary workout. Thousands of Soldiers participate in a Murph on Memorial Day every year.
