South Carolina Army National Guard Soldiers of the 59th Aviation Troop Command (ATC), South Carolina Army National Guard, and State Urban Search and Rescue Task Force (SC-TF1) rescuers conduct air-rescue training and hoisting operations aboard a UH-72B Lakota light-utility helicopter, South Carolina National Guard Army Aviation Support Facility (Loc. 2), Donaldson Center, Greenville, South Carolina, on May 11, 2023. The training was part of the UH-72B integration and proficiency process within the South Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (SC-HART) program. SC-HART is a collaborative effort between the South Carolina Army National Guard and SC-TF1, under the direction of the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, the Office of the State Fire Marshal, and the South Carolina Emergency Management Division. All South Carolina National Guard UH-72 helicopters, versions A and B, are assigned to A Company, 2-151st Aviation Regiment, Security Support Aviation Battalion (SSAB), South Carolina Army National Guard.
