Alejandro Rodriguez, a student at the Instituto Tecnico Rafael Pineda Ponce gives remarks during a water pump dedication ceremony May 31, 2023, in Cane, La Paz, Honduras. Rodriguez, who is taking English lessons, had been spending time with Alpha Company, 436th Civil Affairs Battalion Team 4364 to practice his English and asked to give a speech, in English, thanking them for their efforts during the dedication ceremony.
