U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 354th Fighter Generation Squadron, perform maintenance on an A-10C Thunderbolt II at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., June 1, 2023. The 355th Maintenance Group consists of over 2,000 Airmen in three Squadrons and is responsible for eight flying squadrons, over 100 aircraft and performs on and off equipment aircraft maintenance. The Combat Oriented Maintenance construct places more emphasis with leadership in the maintenance enterprise at the tactical level of execution.
