ANCHORAGE, Alaska (May 7, 2023) U.S. Navy sailors raise and steady a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) as they prepare to lower it onto the platform onboard landing dock ship, USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49), as the ship goes underway in support of Exercise Northern Edge 2023 (NE23-1).
