Moderating the panel was (left) former DLA Energy Commander retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Giovanni Tuck, along with panel members Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations and Environment Brendan Owens, Chief Sustainability Officer and Advisor to the Secretary on Climate Joseph Bryan, Director for Operational Energy in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Oliver Fritz, and DLA Energy Director of Supplier Operations Gabriella Earhardt.
