Oregon Army National Guard Soldiers and their spouses attend a Building Strong and Ready Teams (BSRT) event Nov. 18-20 at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Wash. The event was led by Oregon National Guard State Chaplain, Col. Jacob Scott and Chaplain Cpt. Jason Dong, 141 Brigade Support Battalion, Oregon Army National Guard. The event was designed to strengthen the relationships of married couples and their families in the Guard through utilizing materials from "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Marriage."
