U.S. Army Col. Martin Cheman, deputy commanding officer of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, hands the guidon to Lt. Col. Chad Juhlin, incoming commander of the 21st Special Troops Battalion, as he assumes command at the 21st Special Troops Battalion change of command ceremony held at Panzer Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany on June 9, 2023.
The change of command ceremony was held on Panzer Field to say farewell to Lt. Col. Grant Thimsen, outgoing commander of the 21st Special Troops Battalion, as he relinquishes command of the 21st STB to Juhlin as his tenure as commander comes to a close and he goes on his next assignment in Hawaii.
