NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO (June 1, 2023) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Jonathon Lake, left, presents a command belt buckle to Franklin Parker, assistant secretary of the navy for manpower & reserve affairs (M&RA), center, during his visit to the Embedded Mental Health (EMH) building on Naval Base San Diego. The EMH building is the new mental health facility for CNSP operational Sailors, with an overarching goal to give active duty personnel fast and quality access to mental health care, provide consultation to triads, and training for medical personnel and crews.
