Barnes Park, June 9. TACAMO Sailors came together to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the Battle of Midway, a pivotal moment in World War II. Let's take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who fought for our freedom. Despite challenges, their courage and determination ultimately led to victory. Let's celebrate their legacy and continue to strive for peace and unity. Strategic Communications Wing (SCW) 1 is a tenant command of Naval Air Forces Command, made up of three squadrons and a wing staff, providing maintenance, security, operations, administration, training, and logistic support for the E-6B Mercury aircraft fleet.
