The Army Expeditionary Civilian Workforce alongside Defense Logistics Agency senior leaders and the family of Stephen Byus officially opened the Stephen Byus Central Issue Facility Warehouse June 8 during a memorialization ceremony at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The warehouse’s primary purpose will be to equip the nation’s civilian expeditionary force. Stephen Byus spent time at Camp Atterbury in 2014 preparing for what would be his final deployment.
