In preparation for this year's Ready Airmen Rodeo at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Airmen assigned to the 305th Aerial Port Squadron and the 305th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron performed various obstacle and endurance courses at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., June 13, 2022. The integration of Maintenance and Aerial Port personnel into one team enabled the 305th Air Mobility Wing to enforce Multi-Capable Airmen Concepts by building their proficiency, knowledge, and comfort in different Air Force Specialty Codes.
