U.S. Army Soldiers of the 15th Civil Support Team (CST), Vermont National Guard Host Northern Fallout: a regional training for the 1st Massachusetts CST, the 2nd New York CST and the 12th New Hampshire CST and the 13th Rhode Island CST at the Champlain Valley Exposition Center, Essex, Vermont, June 8, 2023. Northern Fallout is a Civil Support Team (CST) focused, regional and inter-agency training event designed to strengthen relationships and response capability to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear designated events. The Vermont National Guard, Soldiers from The Army of the Republic of North Macedonia, and soldiers from Senegal, partnered with Agencies like the FBI, US customs and Border Protection, US Department of Agriculture and State Agencies such as State Hazmat, State Police and Local authorities.
