This wargame event focused on Naval Engagement concepts with the goal of building and maintaining regional maritime access and influence at echelon across the phases of competition, crisis, and conflict. The wargame was the initial training event within the larger FHG Naval Engagement Exercise 23 (NEX 23) intended to increase combat readiness and validate the Naval Engagement Concept in support of Force Design.
