Offutt Air Force Base, Nebr. (Jun. 13, 2023) Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 22 attending a brief by a member of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) at Offutt Air Force Base on the agencies mission to account for all unidentified Americans who are listed as Prisoners of War (POW), or Missing in Action (MIA), from all past wars and conflicts. Seabees provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces and are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable, and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
